1.Returns
As our products are food items, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is sold and delivered. Please ensure you check all details carefully before placing your order.
However, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is wrong (different from what was ordered )
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product has expired before delivery ( rate but covered )
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
2. Eligibility for return
To be eligible for a return, please make sure :
- You have proof of purchase ( order ID, invoice ).
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging ( if the packaging is intact ).
- Clear photographs of the damaged/ wrong product are provided.
- You report the issue within the stipulated 48-hour window.
3. Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method ( credit card, bank transfer, UPI ) within 7-10 business days.
- In certain cases, we may offer you store credit or a replacement product, based on your preference.
Refunds will not be processed if : - The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product has been consumed or tampered with.
- Minor packaging damages that do not affect product quality.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support. After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any ) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error ( wrong or damaged product ).
